Drop‑In Open Computer Labs Support Open Enrollment and PERA (April 20-24)
µþ¹ó±õ‑R°¿°ä°ä is sponsoring a series of open computer labs next week to support staff with Open Enrollment and with creating or accessing a PERA retirement account (https://copera.org/). These sessions are open to all staff, and no appointment is needed.
Staff can drop in for help with:
Logging into MyCUInfo
Completing Open Enrollment changes
Creating a PERA login/profile
Navigating the PERA website
Connecting with OIT or Employee Services for support
Please bring the following items with you so we can help you: IdentiKey, IdentiKey password, employee ID number. If you do not have these items, we can still help and it would be helpful if you had them in advance.Â

Monday, April 20: Stadium Room 1B12E • 9:00–10:00 a.m. • 10:00–11:00 a.m. • 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 21: Stadium Room 1B12E • 9:00–10:00 a.m. • 10:00–11:00 a.m. • 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 23: Stadium Room 1B12E • 3:00–4:00 p.m. • 4:00–5:00 p.m.
Friday, April 24: RL2 Computer Lab, Room 167 • 2:00–3:00 p.m. • 3:00–4:00 p.m.
These labs are a great opportunity for staff to get hands‑on support in logging on to the computer to take care of Open Enrollment benefits enrollment and getting set up on the PERA website for the first time.
