Tutoring & Advising

Advising

Academic advising is a crucial resource for a student's time at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Students should first reach out to their academic advisor, who supports them throughout their undergraduate journey. The current advisors for chemistry majors are Tabs and Jordyn, although students are welcome to connect with the advisor that best suits their needs.

If you would like chemistry-specific support (e.g. chemistry class enrollment, departmental scholarships), please email chemundergrad@colorado.edu or visit Cristol 100.

Tutoring

Students should first go to their TA's office hours for help, but if the listed times don't work or if students need additional support, the Chemistry Department has compiled a list of available tutors. Please use your CU email address to contact prospective tutors. Tutors are instructed to never respond to external requests.

Please note that TAs may not tutor for money in courses in which they currently serve as a TA, regardless of whether the student is in their section.

If you have any questions or would like to be added to the tutor list, please contact the undergraduate program coordinator at chemundergrad@colorado.edu.
